My wife and I are vowed to be more fit and live a healthy lifestyle for our son and ourselves. I have been bicycling atleast once a week in our neighborhood and around town. Every now and then we run or have brisk walks at our subdivision, Sun City or People's Park. I always feel good after an exercise. Instead of feeling tired I feel refreshed and invigorated.
One night we decided to have a walk around People's Park. When we got there at 5:30 PM it was starting to get dark. People are starting to leave but some like-minded individuals arrived late like us and also started running, jogging and walking around. Most people do their exercise during morning but for nocturnal people like us, we prefer it at night. It is one way of unwinding after the events of the day. I love running at night because the winds are cooler and everything seems more peaceful.
Of course I always carry around my camera with me and I took some photos as we run around the place. Things look different at night, it all seems surreal and these scenes inspire us to run some more.
